Eyelid/Brow lift

The surgery of blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) and brow lift are usually done for the aging face.  The purpose of the surgery is to smoothen forehead wrinkles, remove bags under the eyes and loose skin of the upper eyelids, and raise sagging eyebrows.  We can do the surgery under conscious sedation (“twilight sleep.”)  Surgery gives the face a more rejuvenated and youthful appearance and turns the clock back a few years.  Generally, scars are very fine and placed in areas where they are the least visible, and they fade with the passage of time.  Sometimes, elevation of the eyebrows can be achieved through eyelid surgery without any additional scars.  Cosmetic facial surgeries are outpatient procedures.
